Job Description
The company is looking for a Revit BIM Modeler to join their team in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves creating detailed models and drawings for projects, ensuring they meet company standards. You'll be a key part of the production team, responsible for generating much of the project's documentation.
You'll also collaborate with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit Families, which are essential for project-specific needs and maintaining standards. This position requires efficiently modeling and documenting projects, accurately translating marked-up drawings into Revit, and setting up views for the project team. Experience with electronic document management and archiving is also important.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong understanding of electrical drafting conventions. Proficiency in Revit, including creating and manipulating families, views, and work sharing, is crucial. Experience with Autodesk Navisworks and a solid grasp of 3D coordination with other trades are also required.
