Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler in Ankara, Türkiye. This role involves delivering modeling services for BIM projects and creating or modifying families based on provided Revit content. You'll work collaboratively with external modelers and support the BIM Project Manager and Lead Engineer.
Your responsibilities will include assessing model quality, quoting modeling services, performing modeling tasks according to guidelines, and communicating technical issues. You'll also conduct clash detection, resolve clashes where possible, and perform continuous QA/QC to ensure high-quality outputs. Collaboration with other modelers and providing feedback to improve processes are key aspects of this position.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills in Turkish and English, and at least 4 years of experience in Revit modeling. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with advanced AutoCAD knowledge, is required. Experience with Dynamo, other modeling software, MEP, or plant design software is a plus. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
