Job Description
The company is looking for a Structural Steel Modeler to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves creating 3D models for steel structures using Tekla Structures, including setting up projects and developing custom components.
You'll be responsible for understanding project scopes, customer specifications, and contract drawings. This includes estimating the effort required, identifying any gaps, and raising queries or RFIs to get necessary clarifications from clients, then following up on their responses.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in structural steel modeling with Tekla Structures, a strong understanding of AISC standards, and experience with both structural and miscellaneous steel. Previous work on US projects is essential.
