Job Description
The company is looking for a CAD Operator 3 to join their team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for preparing system installation drawings from engineered documents for construction and permits. You'll work with AutoCAD and Revit files, run clash detection, and attend meetings to coordinate with the lead designer and project team.
This position involves managing BIM models, creating new BIM objects, and providing visualizations. You'll also be responsible for updating drawings based on change orders and corresponding with customers and subcontractors. The role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, along with a solid understanding of electrical layouts and security systems.
If you have a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and at least seven years of AutoCAD/BIM experience, this could be a great fit.
