Job Description
This role involves architectural design and construction drawing work for a client in the construction and renovation sector. The company is looking for someone with experience using JWCAD, ideally within the Japanese construction industry.
The position is based in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and offers a monthly salary between 250,000 and 350,000 JPY, with potential for annual raises and twice-yearly bonuses. The company also provides a housing allowance and assistance with relocation and visa procedures.
This is a full-time position with a standard work week and approximately 120 annual holidays, including summer and year-end breaks.
