Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Operator to join their team in Dubai. This role involves creating and managing Building Information Models using software like Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and smooth collaboration across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
You'll be responsible for developing 3D models, coordinating them with other teams, and generating necessary drawings and documentation. A key part of the job is ensuring models adhere to project standards and BIM Execution Plans, and you'll also support clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
To be successful, you'll need a diploma or degree in a relevant field and be certified in Autodesk Revit. A few years of BIM experience, particularly with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, is essential. Experience with large-scale projects, especially in airports, would be a significant advantage.
