Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/VDC Detailer specializing in HVAC piping to join their growing team in Tamarac, Florida. This role involves creating accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models and shop drawings for commercial and industrial projects.
You'll be responsible for developing detailed models, supporting coordination efforts by resolving clashes, and ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and project requirements. This position requires a good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in BIM/VDC or MEP modeling, with proficiency in Revit for mechanical systems. Familiarity with construction drawings and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
