Job Description
The company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Operator to join their team in Casablanca, Morocco. This role involves contributing to design reviews, creating and updating 3D models, and integrating technical data and equipment families.
You'll be responsible for technical coordination between different trades, participating in coordination meetings, and producing detailed execution plans. The position also includes involvement in calculating hydraulic, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a strong command of Revit and Microsoft Office, and good knowledge of MEP systems. A degree in fluid mechanics, climate engineering, or a similar field is required, along with fluent English.
