Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/VDC Detailer specializing in plumbing and piping to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves using CAD and other software to create detailed models and drawings for mechanical systems, ensuring coordination with design and build teams to prevent construction issues.
You'll be responsible for incorporating project updates, managing spools for prefabrication, and collaborating with various project stakeholders to identify and resolve problems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping or a similar trade, or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
