This role involves creating and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models and 2D installation drawings from redlines and construction documents. You'll be populating models with various project elements and managing documentation through printing and publishing processes, ensuring adherence to company standards.
The position requires using BIM 360 for file management and issue tracking, as well as performing clash detection and coordination reviews. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with the team on deliverables and technical needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience with advanced Revit techniques, Navisworks Manage workflows for clash detection, and a solid understanding of electrical construction practices and code requirements. Interpreting electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings is also key.
