Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager in Construction to join their team in Aachen, Germany. This role involves steering project processes to ensure success in terms of expertise, budget, and deadlines. You'll be leading interdisciplinary teams, managing projects from feasibility studies through to realization, and coordinating within general planning projects. You will also be the main point of contact for clients and authorities, reporting directly to management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of experience, particularly in the early stages of HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Experience with life sciences and high-tech industries is a plus, as is a strong understanding of contract law and proficiency in MS Office.
