Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, and site operations.
You'll be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
A background in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in civil construction is essential, including a minimum of 6 years in the UAE. Strong skills in cost estimation, tendering, and budgeting are key, along with experience across various project types.
