Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) on construction projects. This role involves creating and managing Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for developing these packages, making sure they include all necessary details like engineering deliverables, materials, and safety requirements. This means working closely with various teams, including engineering, planning, and construction, to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. You'll also analyze design documents to define the scope of work and sequence of execution.
This position requires at least five years of construction project experience, with a minimum of two years specifically in AWP implementation, ideally within Oil & Gas projects. Familiarity with AWP software and a strong understanding of the interfaces between engineering, procurement, planning, and construction are essential. If you have experience coordinating with EPC contractors and subcontractors, this could be a great fit.
