Job Description
The company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives, stay within budget, and meet deadlines. The Project Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and setting timelines. The role requires leading and motivating project teams, managing resources effectively, and identifying and mitigating potential risks. Clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients and senior management, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Project Management or Civil Engineering, along with a PMP certification or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years of project management experience in the UAE construction industry is required.
