The company is looking for a Variations Coordinator to join their contract team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end administration of contractual variations, from their initial identification through to their commercial resolution. You'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and tracking all necessary documentation related to variations, ensuring everything aligns with contractual requirements. This involves working closely with various project teams, including Commercial, Construction, Design, and Project Controls, to gather the technical, commercial, and schedule inputs needed. Maintaining an accurate variations register and reporting tools will be key to tracking progress and commercial metrics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, project controls, or change management. A solid understanding of construction contracts and claims experience on complex projects is essential. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
