As a Project Leader in Construction, you'll be responsible for overseeing medium to large-scale building projects from start to finish. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and people management, where you'll lead both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and internal departments, with ultimate responsibility for safety, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The company is looking for someone with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and at least six years of experience in executing significant construction projects. Strong project leadership or site coordination skills are essential, along with pragmatic leadership abilities and excellent communication in Dutch and English, with a basic knowledge of French. You should be organized, solution-oriented, decisive, and a team player capable of managing complex project environments.
