This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met, and resources are used efficiently. You'll be responsible for planning, design, estimating, and construction, while maintaining accurate project records and managing vendors and trades. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, including cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management. You'll need to coordinate effectively with clients and the project management team, establishing clear communication protocols and identifying potential disputes. The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of relevant experience, preferably with professional fit-out contracting companies. Excellent technical and execution abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills for a multinational environment, are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, and MS Office, as well as a local driving license, are also required.
