Job Description
This role is about translating big-picture plans into practical, buildable strategies for a major mixed-use development. You'll be working closely with the Implementation Manager to develop construction phasing, site logistics, and assess constructability, essentially figuring out how to build the project efficiently and safely.
Your day-to-day will involve reviewing designs for potential issues, comparing different construction methods, and creating detailed phasing plans. You'll also be involved in planning site logistics, like where to store materials and how to manage traffic, and developing metrics to track progress. This is a hands-on technical position where you'll produce the analysis and documentation that underpins the project's delivery.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering and about 5-8 years of experience on large projects. You should have practical experience in areas like construction planning, constructability, site logistics, or contract packaging, and be comfortable reading project schedules. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced Excel is essential.
