Job Description
This role is about leading the technical design for nature-based solutions projects. You'll be working on a variety of projects, from small to large scale, focusing on areas like polders, sandy soils, peatlands, and water management. Think of projects that improve natural landscapes and protect areas from high water levels.
You'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering the technical design, translating client needs into designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit. This involves ensuring the designs are well-documented in contract specifications, often using RAW or UAV-GC standards. You'll also manage quality, planning, and budget in collaboration with the project manager, acting as a key contact for clients and internal teams.
The company is looking for someone with a few years of experience as a work preparer who is ready to step into a design leadership role. You should be a team player with good planning and organizational skills, and have experience with contract management. A background in civil engineering, spatial planning, environment, nature, or water is beneficial.
