Job Description
The company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver hospitality interior projects for US clients. This role is based in Bhandup, Mumbai, and requires someone with 3-4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, project coordination, or construction.
You'll be working closely with architects, consultants, and vendors, reviewing drawings, and updating 2D plans in AutoCAD. A key part of the job involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and performing quantity take-offs. You'll also be responsible for tracking project schedules, maintaining documentation, and participating in meetings with US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and a solid understanding of architectural and interior drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong coordination skills are essential. Experience with hospitality projects or BIM models would be a plus.
