Job Description
The company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver hospitality interior projects for US clients. This role is based in Bhandup, Mumbai, and requires someone with 3-4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or project coordination.
You'll be working closely with architects, consultants, and vendors, reviewing drawings, and updating 2D plans in AutoCAD. The position also involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating quantities, and maintaining project documentation and schedules. You will also be involved in client meetings with US-based stakeholders.
A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering is required, along with a solid understanding of architectural and interior drawings, BOQ preparation, and AutoCAD proficiency. Experience with hospitality projects or BIM models would be a plus.
