Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects. The role involves hands-on execution and site supervision, with a focus on various building types including villas, palaces, mosques, and commercial structures.
The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints, performing quantity take-offs, and managing site activities. Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring work stays on schedule. Strong coordination skills with teams, consultants, and contractors are essential.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel is required. Experience with ERP and project management systems is a plus. This is an opportunity to contribute to significant construction projects in Makkah.
