Job Description
This role is for a Project Coordinator focused on heavy residential projects in Gatineau, Quebec. The company is a well-established general contractor known for its structured approach and commitment to its partners.
In this position, you'll be responsible for the administrative and operational follow-up of construction projects. This includes managing documents, handling administrative tasks like insurance and bonds, updating plans and schedules, and coordinating subcontractor contracts. You'll also be involved in site visits, meetings, and preparing prevention programs.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant construction experience in Canada, preferably with multi-residential or commercial projects. A college or university degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is required, along with bilingualism (French/English). Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and good communication are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is expected, and an ASP Construction certificate is a plus.
