Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The company is looking for someone to lead real estate projects from conception through to delivery and warranty. This involves coordinating all stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and quality, and ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.
You'll be responsible for overseeing studies, construction, and financial aspects, as well as conducting site meetings and providing regular reports. A strong background in real estate project management, with at least 5 years of experience, is essential. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera, along with technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, is also required.
