Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect and Project Manager to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves overseeing various complex and large-scale projects, both locally and internationally. You'll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, build solid client relationships, and ensure effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders. This includes developing work plans, assigning tasks, supervising administrative aspects, and maintaining quality control. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with excellent French communication skills and a minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, including 5 years in project management.
