Job Description
This role involves supporting the delivery of real estate projects, acting as a key point of contact between clients, developers, consultants, and contractors. You'll be involved in managing the design process, preparing cost estimates, overseeing tendering and contract administration, and ensuring smooth project close-out and handover.
You'll also play a part in procurement, managing contracts, and supervising construction works on-site. This position requires preparing and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and assisting with project financials, including invoice tracking and payment collection.
To excel, you'll need a degree in a relevant field and solid experience in managing commercial real estate projects. Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with familiarity with design software.
