Job Description
This role is about guiding architectural and design projects from the initial sales phase all the way through to stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for developing inspiring concepts that align with the client's budget, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience throughout the integrated project management process.
You'll manage the entire sales cycle to secure quality projects, delivering coordinated plans and specifications that meet budget and timeline requirements. A key part of this is presenting any changes clearly and openly to project stakeholders, from the start of sales to the end of integrated design. You'll also oversee client payments to maintain positive project cash flow.
The company is looking for someone with a strong grasp of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, along with good knowledge of Revit. This person should be creative, passionate about design, architecture, and thoughtful construction, and adept at client satisfaction while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share information effectively are crucial for driving projects forward.
