The company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Berlin, Germany. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects, defining and tracking project structures, and creating schedules. You'll be responsible for setting and agreeing on work packages, reviewing interim results against milestones, and ensuring economic guidelines and contractual obligations are met. You will also review customer specifications and support their creation if needed, contribute to proposal preparation, and manage post-project follow-ups. This includes overseeing internal projects for damper development, such as supplier development, and coordinating customer-specific activities internally and externally. Additionally, you'll handle reporting tasks, preparing commercial data for regular reporting. The ideal candidate has a university degree in mechanical/automotive engineering, design/manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Experience in project work is beneficial, along with a structured approach, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in English and MS Office.
