This role is for a Cost Manager focusing on building and industrial construction projects. You'll be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, creating cost estimates, and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle. This includes reviewing contractor invoices, preparing cost reports, and conducting feasibility studies for cost plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, particularly with complex industrial construction. Strong technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and German building regulations (DIN276, AHO, HOAI, VOB) is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with international project execution models are also key.
