Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead challenging industrial and building construction projects in sectors like automotive, high-tech, and life sciences. You'll be responsible for managing complex projects valued between €20-100 million, from initial analysis through to commissioning.
You will guide and develop project teams, employing agile project management across all phases. This role involves advising clients on planning, execution, and optimization, as well as managing bids, claims, and acting as a key liaison between clients, partners, and stakeholders. Building client relationships and networking within the industry are also important aspects.
The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, or a related field, with significant experience in managing large industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI/AHO/VOB/VgV) and MS Project is required, along with excellent German and good English communication skills.
