Job Description
This role is about leading and managing maintenance and renovation projects. You'll be responsible for the entire process, from planning and procurement to coordinating with external companies and internal teams. Ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines are met will be key, as will adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
You'll also be involved in site meetings, coordinating different trades, and handling contract reviews, payment checks, and defect management. The position requires a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a relevant technical qualification with experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience in construction management, particularly with public procurement and construction law, is highly valued. Familiarity with hospital or laboratory environments would be a plus.
