The company is looking for a Wind Site Team Leader in Bhuj, Gujarat, India. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day delivery of utility-scale wind projects, including wind turbine generators and associated infrastructure. You'll be coordinating multidisciplinary site teams and working with contractors and client representatives to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality. Your responsibilities will include managing site activities, coordinating interfaces between different parties, and overseeing schedules and risks. You'll also monitor quality, HSE, and commissioning readiness, and prepare reports for management and clients. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 15 years of experience in renewable energy projects are required.
