Job Description
This role involves managing and steering mid-to-small scale projects within the development of the new A320 family aircraft fuselage. You'll work with engineering leadership to explore commercial avenues and conduct feasibility studies, ultimately taking full responsibility for project timelines, costs, quality, and performance from launch to service.
The position requires translating business objectives into clear team activities and demonstrating strong leadership in managing multi-functional teams. You'll also be involved in supplier negotiations, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills. A technical understanding alongside project management experience is essential.
