Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for Technical Due Diligence in the construction and real estate sector in Brunswick, Germany. This role involves providing technical advice on real estate transactions, preparing reports on building conditions and technical due diligence, and participating in contract negotiations. You'll also be involved in estimating costs for defect remediation and lifecycle expenses, monitoring projects, and advising on environmental and sustainability topics, including ESG reporting.
