Job Description
This company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join their residential construction team in the Philippines. You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, from the initial stages right through to completion. This involves a lot of communication with vendors and suppliers to get pricing, manage material orders, and ensure everything arrives when it should.
You'll be using Buildertrend daily to manage schedules, documents, and workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Experience with construction plans or drafting is a big plus, as is a background in residential construction.
