Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. This role involves acting as an external consultant for clients, managing construction projects of various sizes, and optimizing their processes. You'll be responsible for bringing your expertise to bear on projects, supporting partners and collaborators to ensure successful outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a strong team player, and adept at handling complex challenges and adapting to client needs. A technical background in architecture or civil engineering, or a university degree in engineering (civil, construction, mechanical, project management), is required. You'll need at least 5 years of project management experience in construction in Quebec, with a track record of managing projects valued at $1 million or more. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and ASP card are also necessary.
