Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of corporate interior projects, from initial strategy and planning through to move-in and final closeout. You'll be involved in everything from assessing existing spaces and developing budgets to coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of project management experience, preferably within commercial interiors, real estate, architecture, or general contracting. A solid understanding of construction, tenant improvements, and renovations is key, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with MS Project and the ability to read floor plans are also important.
This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
