Job Description
This company is looking for a Principal Estimating Engineer for new housing projects in Chevilly-Larue, France. You'll be responsible for determining the overall cost of operations, accurately estimating materials, equipment, and labor, and proposing technical alternatives.
You will also draft the company's technical and commercial proposals, potentially defending them with clients. For design-build projects, you'll collaborate closely with architects and external engineering firms to develop relevant responses to project programs. This role involves managing supplier and subcontractor negotiations and ensuring a smooth handover to the construction teams.
