This role is about managing project costs for construction projects, focusing on both buildings and industrial facilities. The position involves preparing cost reports and cash flows from the early feasibility stages through to detailed planning. You'll need a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, ideally with complex industrial construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, building technology, contracts, and construction law is essential. Familiarity with German cost planning standards like DIN276, AHO, HOAI, and VOB is also important, as is proficiency in MS Office. The company is looking for someone who can work independently and proactively, with strong analytical skills and a structured approach, even under pressure. Good communication and teamwork abilities are key, as is a professional demeanor. Experience with international project execution models and a willingness to travel are also required, along with excellent German and English language skills.
