Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager focusing on TGA/MEP (Electrical & HVAC) from the client's side, with the flexibility of remote work within Germany. The company is looking for someone who can oversee projects, ensure quality, and make critical decisions, moving beyond just site supervision.
The position involves managing hotel projects across Europe, taking responsibility for electrical and HVAC systems. You'll be reviewing external planning, ensuring the company's standards are met, and challenging planners and partners. The role covers projects from planning through to handover, with a focus on quality and detail.
You should have a degree in HVAC/Building Technology or a similar qualification, with experience in TGA site management or planning. A strong understanding of construction sites and project coordination is essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple interfaces. Fluency in German and English is required.
