Job Description
This role is for a Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager focusing on fit-out projects in Dubai. The company is looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented to oversee daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings and schedules. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, keeping projects on track.
You'll also be responsible for monitoring timelines, reviewing technical drawings for any issues, and communicating these to the team. Accurate site measurements, quality checks, and managing material deliveries are key parts of the job. This position offers a chance to grow into a Project Manager role, gaining exposure to various renovation projects.
To be considered, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality, and at least three years of site engineering experience in the UAE's fit-out industry. A UAE driving license and your own vehicle are also mandatory.
