Job Description
This company is looking for a Project Manager to lead their landscaping construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing everything from planning to completion, making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You'll manage site operations, coordinate teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. This involves managing schedules, resources, and documentation, as well as liaising with clients and authorities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least five years of project management experience, specifically in landscaping. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of construction codes and multidisciplinary site activities. A UAE driver's license is also required.
