The company is looking for a Construction Coordinator specializing in Mechanical & Piping for a major high-tech Semiconductor Manufacturing & Industrial facilities project in Gurugram, India. This role involves managing home office construction coordination, focusing on constructability, safety in design, and optimizing costs. The coordinator will advise on construction technologies, contribute to modularization efforts, and ensure effective communication between construction and other project functions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in construction execution and management, particularly on Energy or Semiconductor projects, is preferred. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and construction planning software is a plus.
