Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This role involves overseeing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet project objectives and client needs.
You'll be responsible for developing project plans, budgets, and bid packages, as well as coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to high standards. This includes maintaining site safety and quality control, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of construction project management experience, a relevant degree or equivalent training, and a strong understanding of construction management principles, budgeting, and OH&S legislation. You should be adept at problem-solving, leading teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
