This role is for a Cost Manager focusing on building and industrial construction projects. You'll be responsible for developing project budgets in collaboration with the design team and client representatives. This includes monitoring and creating cost estimates, reviewing contractor invoices, and preparing cost reports. You will also handle pre-contract cost estimations and project cash flows, from feasibility studies to detailed cost plans and audits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, both pre and post-contract. Strong experience with complex national and international industrial construction projects is preferred. You should be proficient in MS Office, understand cost planning standards like DIN276, and be familiar with AHO, HOAI, and VOB. A structured, independent, and proactive approach is key, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
