Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager focused on technical building services (HLSK or ELT) in Hamburg. You'll be on-site, overseeing the execution of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and electrical installations. This involves managing timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring everything aligns with technical requirements and practical construction.
You'll also coordinate between different trades and on-site companies, review plans, and contribute to tender processes. The company values a proactive approach to risk and budget management, and you'll play a part in building strong client relationships.
A degree in building services engineering or a related field, along with several years of site supervision experience, is needed. Familiarity with VOB, HOAI, and technical regulations is essential. The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams is key.
If you're looking to take ownership of technical building projects, this could be a great fit.
