To be successful in this role, you should have a qualification as a construction technician or a degree in civil engineering, along with several years of project management experience, particularly in store fit-outs or general construction. A strong understanding of project execution, costing, tendering, site management, and invoicing, as well as familiarity with VOB (German construction contract procedures), is essential. Good organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a willingness to travel throughout Germany are also important.
