Job Description
This company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the build-out of facilities for a European manufacturer expanding into India. You'll be responsible for managing construction and fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all specifications.
Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, architects, and vendors, as well as ensuring all safety regulations and permits are in place. You'll need to track progress, manage costs, and report on risks to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a solid understanding of site execution, budgeting, and contractor management. Familiarity with safety codes and building regulations is essential, along with clear communication skills and a willingness to travel to project sites.
