Job Description
This Project Engineer role is all about keeping construction projects on track. You'll be overseeing site work, making sure everything aligns with drawings and specifications, and keeping contractors informed about schedules. It involves reviewing contractor methodologies, managing site documentation, and proactively identifying and resolving potential delays. You'll also be involved in reporting progress to the client, advising on resource productivity, and monitoring material procurement.
The position requires a Civil Engineering degree with 5 to 10 years of building experience. A strong technical understanding of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works is essential, alongside excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Good communication and interpersonal abilities are also key to liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
