Job Description
This role is for an Architect or Civil Engineer looking to step into project management or control within a well-established firm. You'll be coordinating complex, high-profile general planning projects, primarily for public clients.
Your day-to-day will involve defining and ensuring project goals for cost, schedule, and quality are met. You'll also be involved in selecting project stakeholders, managing contracts with subcontractors, and leading project meetings.
The company is seeking someone with a structured, self-organized approach and a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration. Strong knowledge of HOAI and AHO phases, AVA and project management software (like iTwo or PowerProject), and excellent German communication skills are essential.
